Implement items and models for the armor

[Robotgiggle]

• Adds items and functional models for the previously unimplemented hex armor.
• Each item (and corresponding model) has 3 variants which can be cycled with Caster's Glamour.
• This PR does not include anything beyond the basic implementation - the armor pieces are not survival-obtainable, and they don't provide abilities or defense when worn.
