What do you think about Serialize and Default impls?

I was wondering if this would be a good crate for automatically generating workflow files. But the types only implement Deserialize. What do you think about Serialize and Default too?

I took a brief stab at it, but it's not clear what the Default impl for some of the types should be.

Serialize makes sense, but Default is harder, yeah. I'd be happy to review PRs that add/propose either, however!

NB: The latest release (v0.4.0) includes Step: Serialize (and similarly for a few types within Step).
