Docs 3.0 QA: docs pages had no footer beyond social icons. Add footer.links and restyle Mintlify's advanced footer into the design's single row — '™ 2026 World' left, six ink links right — aligned to the page gutters. Social icons are hidden per the design; the homepage keeps its own footer.
