Adds Intlayer to the Developer Tools & Utilities section. Intlayer is an open-source i18n framework and CMS that natively exposes WebMCP tools. This integration allows AI agents to manage authentication, search documentation, execute i18n utilities (such as scanners and ICU converters), and retrieve or translate content directly from the web platform.
