Adds Orbilo to the Tools section.
Orbilo is an agent readiness checker for UCP and WebMCP. It reads a site the
way an AI assistant does and scores whether agents can discover what a site
offers and act on it, then re-checks as both specs change. Free for one site,
and no account is needed to run a check.
