Closed as superseded by #504. #490 was still needed in substance (main still resolved turbo@2.8.3 and audit reports Turbo advisories), but the Dependabot PR was stale, could not have its month-old CI rerun, and only targeted 2.9.14 while current latest is 2.10.10. Fresh branch #504 links issue #503 and carries current local validation evidence. |
