Update Engine and documentation sources

Background

Engine 0.9.1 corrects arrow terminal geometry near routed turns, and the updated documentation bundle pins CLI 0.5.4. The production site still uses Engine 0.9.0 and the previous Docs revision.

Implementation Approach

• Pin @stack-sh/engine 0.9.1 for the playground, theme preview, and documentation example validation.
• Update Engine version assertions in the generated-content gates.
• Pin the immutable Docs merge commit and manifest SHA-256, then synchronize its verified generated site bundle.

Testing Approach

• npm run docs:source
• npm run docs:release:check
• npm run format:check
• npm run lint
• npm test (39 Vitest tests and 28 Docs tests)
• npm run build
• npm run cloudflare:check
• git diff --check

Review Perspectives / Points of Concern

• Rendering behavior remains owned by the published Engine package; Web does not reimplement arrow routing.
• The Docs source is fixed to commit 11af4fc57f53d903475d3619810a2885031d958c and manifest SHA-256 be6cd48fcf50fc7c26c85eaf6869c8bf18cc3284e9638e26068641bed3af4672.
• This single Web merge intentionally triggers one Cloudflare production deployment for both provider updates.
