Background
Deliver the approved congestion-aware routing and rounded cache cards from Stack CLI 0.5.3 through the official Homebrew channel.
Implementation Approach
Regenerate the formula and release metadata from the immutable published release using the existing updater. Verify all four archive checksums, provenance, and SPDX attestations before accepting metadata.
Testing Approach
Updater verification, generated formula source test, and whitespace checks passed locally. CI covers formula syntax, style, strict audit, and install/upgrade/uninstall with user-data preservation on the three supported Homebrew hosts.
Review Perspectives / Points of Concern
Source release is d66ff06fc75337e7d4e966108e7793dddd6b1e53. Supported platform policy, completion/manual installation, and package-manager-owned upgrades are unchanged.
