External links in documentation

After a release was generated, external links could be added for all examples in the sphinx documentation. Link from documentation to github blob and to an interactive example on [MyBinder](https://mybinder.org/). (same as in [sfs-python](https://sfs-python.readthedocs.io/en/0.5.0/examples/sound-field-synthesis.html) ).
