Updated the vendored SolidStats agent contract to version 1.
Why
This brings the repository onto the shared explicit MemPalace recall and Git workflow rules before the user-level automatic SolidStats recall hook is removed.
Impact
Agent behavior only. No runtime code or application contract changes.
