Replaces the hand-duplicated "Skills First" paragraph with an @-import of solid-stats/agent-instructions, the new canonical source for cross-repo agent rules (session hygiene, git conventions incl. the auto commit + push policy, security, docs language, MemPalace wing routing, MCP lookup). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Follow-up within the same PR: shared/AGENTS.md gained a standing commit+push policy (no per-message ask needed, destructive ops still require it), and the MemPalace section was rewritten to point at GSD's own capability-injected recall/capture cycle instead of duplicating it, plus explicit cross-repo tunnel usage guidance. mempalace.cross_project_tunnels flips to the new common default (true) via gsd/common-config.json.
