I enjoy designing sustainable, scalable systems. More specifically, I've been doing a lot of data engineering and machine learning work recently!
I frequently use Python and SQL, and I also have a working knowledge of R and Java.

- I implemented seven data processing stages in UBC Solar's new real-time data pipeline: Sunbeam
- I analyzed data from UBC Solar's coast-down tests and produced a comprehensive report with visualizations, a correlation matrix, and a drag-area coefficient: Coast-down test analysis
- I created a dataset and developed and deployed a model that predicts disease outbreak areas here: Regional Outbreak Predictor
When I'm not coding, I'm:
- learning to play a song I've recently been listening to on piano
- eating good asian food (jbbq, kbbq, sichuan, taiwanese...)
- watching the Canucks (times have been better)
