PR Cockpit is an extremely fast GitHub for reviewing pull requests: a PR opens in about 20 ms, against 1.4 s for github.com on the same repository (p50, docs/BENCHMARKS.md), and it ships a CLI that coding agents use to read pull requests and wait for changes.
It fits "Tips, tricks, tools, and add-ons for GitHub power users" alongside entries like Octotree and Pull Dog, and per CONTRIBUTING it is added to the bottom of that category as a single link.
