A minor bump rather than a patch: 54 Added and 14 Changed entries are past what a patch release means, and the Go floor moved 1.24 -> 1.26, which breaks a GOTOOLCHAIN=local build on an older toolchain. That must not arrive in something a consumer pinned as a patch. Unreleased had accumulated two separate `### Fixed` headings around the Added and Changed blocks, so the section read Fixed, Added, Changed, Fixed. They are merged into one, in Keep a Changelog's order. No entry text changed: the set of bullets is identical before and after, and the diff is a reordering. GOTOOLCHAIN=localbuild on an older toolchain. That must not arrive in something a consumer pinned as a patch.Not 1.0.0: the CHANGELOG header still says the project is pre-1.0 and BACKLOG tracks open v1 release-readiness items.
