Proposes HookEcho for the Affiliated Projects directory, following the invitation on the OpenRadarScience homepage to submit open-source radar software. I maintain HookEcho and am requesting inclusion; this does not imply an existing endorsement or affiliation.
HookEcho is an MIT-licensed NEXRAD viewer with Level 2/3 analysis and archive playback. The entry links to the live website and full source code.
Validation: checked the existing list for duplicates, preserved its Markdown structure and alphabetical ordering, and verified the project website and source repository.
