This PR introduces support for JoinMarket NG with a new user and home directory. Without removing the existing joinmarket-clientserver data.
It supports fresh installations as well as updating and migrating an existing wallet through a manual seed import that also recovers history.
The look and feel of the jm-ng menu are not the same as the original joininbox. It also does not follow the menu structure and logic/functions/prompts...
