It downloads only around 10% of public posts

I used cargo run bunsuke.substack.com /a --overwrite --fmt-all
Script finished with "Completed: Successfully saved posts"

But it only downloaded from #300 to #284

The Substack RSS feed only has a finite number of items, and this tool relies on the RSS feed. As such, the tool cannot download more posts.
