Update for Zig 0.17.0

Hi! This PR updates the code base to work on Zig 0.17.0. Specifically, this has been tested on Zig 0.17.0-dev.1282+c0f9b51d8.

All tests run except the void table ones, because void{} is no longer valid syntax and throws this at compile-time:

error: type 'void' does not support array initialization syntax

I'm not sure if this can be fixed or not, so in doubt, I have commented these tests out.
EDIT: Fixed!

Also, all examples run and work except the multi-threading one, which compiles but doesn't work most of the time and I'm not sure why. Help appreciated here!

I haven't looked closely, but I think {} is the replacement for void{}
