The interoperability change writes ZipCrypto vs AES based on encryptionType for file arrays; drop the outdated README callout. Co-authored-by: Perry <plrthink@gmail.com>
Omitting encryptionType used to always write WinZip-AES for iOS file arrays. Callers who need AES must pass AES-128 or AES-256. Co-authored-by: Perry <plrthink@gmail.com>

Summary
Implements #367 (P1): iOS zip interoperability for server-side unzippers.
Rebased onto #370 after review-comment fixes. CHANGELOG/README now spell out that omitting
encryptionTypefor iOS file-arrayzipWithPasswordwrites ZipCrypto instead of the previous always-AES default.Stack
Merge order: #369 (done) → #370 → this PR → #372
Prefer a merge commit (not squash) so #372 stays conflict-free.
