Takeover notices currently span the terminal and place their headings in the border. Use the same content-sized
Panel.fitlayout as the normal session banner, with an internal bold heading, cyan border, compact padding, and dim app/host details. Shorten the request and closing copy so ordinary notices remain compact on wide terminals and wrap on narrow ones.Validation: 44 handoff/shared-session checks passed; the 7 handoff tests passed again after scoping heading styling. Real terminal accept, decline, and unsupported-owner flows passed at 80/42 columns. A representative request stays 48 columns wide in both 80- and 160-column terminals. Inspected the styled render against the supplied session banner. Ruff and whitespace checks pass.
