[package.json] pnpm 12 no longer accepts the shorthand "-s" option

pnpm 12 has been stable since Aug 26, 2026.

The build commands in package.json use pnpm -s <build target> which returns:

error: unexpected argument '-s' found

Yes, that has been addressed in #1550, which will be part of the next release.
