[GitLab] Add "Test connection" button

It would be so much easier if there would be simple button on Repository Settings page like "Test connection" so you can instantly see how are your parameters without going back and forth checking "repository name invalid" string.

Sounds like a useful feature.
Probably applicable to other plugins as well.
