403 error #12

Description

@openworker

The plugin has worked like a charm. Suddenly I am getting a 403 error.

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory or you do not have enough permissions to access the resource.

No configuration changes that I am aware of. Looking for suggestions on how to resolve this and continue using this great plugin or to remove the plugin so I can use my local login again. I also note that once the plugin was installed, I was no longer able to login using my local admin account it gets stuck on the captcha.

Thank you for any suggestions.
