Adds the first entry to the (currently empty) Infrastructure & Proxies section.
Disclosure: we build cocodot. It is an Anthropic-compatible relay endpoint that lets developers in mainland China run Claude Code: set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL, top up via Alipay, traffic goes through licensed cloud vendors (official relay, not reverse-engineered). Model names auto-map (fable/opus/sonnet/haiku). We also maintain an open-source no-downgrade verifier (probe.cocodot.co) that works against any relay, including ours.
Happy to adjust wording/format to match your conventions — the section had no prior entries to follow. Thanks for maintaining the list!
