Add modules/ argv hook entry alongside agent-guard inject-instructions, plus sync-modules vendor scripts for automated jfrog-agent-hooks sync PRs. The modules/ tree lands via chore/sync-modules-v* PRs after the first release. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
