Guest or External Accounts not assessed against Policy including Guest or External Accounts

Hello.

I have a policy which includes all guest or external users.

The policy is currently in report-only.

When I run the impact matrix tool specifying --type guest and --include-report-only.

The results CSV indicate FALSE for the particular policy, for all the guest accounts within the directory.
