fix: probe HTTP gateways independently of the RPC API

Use HEAD /ipfs/bafkqaaa with the raw Accept header for gateway probes, including array addresses. Bound probe duration and close status-only responses. Add regression coverage for healthy gateways, failed probes, timeouts and response cleanup.
