Fixes only, on Chromium 152.0.7977.78: tray icon visibility in Flatpak and Snap sandboxes on Linux, window state kept across fullscreen, a crash in file dialogs when windows close at once. No breaking changes.

Bumps kubo to v0.43.1, a bug fix release with updated QUIC and WebTransport libraries, a WebTransport fix for Safari 26, and no telemetry endpoint.
