Release hotdata-langchain v0.3.0 — bump
hotdata-frameworkfloor to>=0.5.0and thehotdataSDK to0.5.0.Framework 0.5.0 is backward compatible (additive-only changes), so no source changes were required. The full test suite passes against the upgraded framework.
