The `website/` Astro single-page app is no longer used — the marketing site is served from the separate hookdeck/website repo (Vercel), and nothing in CI builds this dir. Removing it also clears ~50 Dependabot alerts from its lockfile. Drops the now-dead `website` entry from .air.toml exclude_dir. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
