This will host the code to process the `PaparazziTest` annotations and generate test files.
Creates a file given a `TestFile`. Creates a class in it for each class in the `TestFile.classes` Adds constructor with test parameters if needed Creates paparazzi rule and optional filterScreenshots Creates a test for each captured preview function
