This was spotted during a routine Dependabot update, since it caused automated output to be generated for map-drawing-terradraw. The
devDependenciesblock is not needed here, as those dependencies are all hoisted to the root package.json. Removing it will make things a bit cleaner.Change-Id: I42a7a71a106bbb634273da0f9e5badcabbabfe6c
