… conversion. 1. Add `compress_columns` to `TabularConfig` to compress rare categories (< 3*sigma) for CategoricalAttribute columns not in constraints, matching DiscreteConfig behavior. 2. Centralize (compressed) mbi.Dataset -> mbi.CliqueVector conversion in TabularMechanism and DiscreteMechanism when sub-mechanism configs define supporting_cliques. PiperOrigin-RevId: 972516031
