What is Seven Chain?

Seven Chain (Chain ID 70007) is a production EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain that launched mainnet in 2026. It powers a live perpetual futures trading platform, a meme token launchpad, and a non-upgradeable BSC bridge — all running on mainnet today at theseven.meme.

The topic seven-chain is already used across 4 public repositories in the ecosystem (validator node, bridge solver, token launch toolkit, and the developer hub). This PR adds the curated topic page so developers, validators, and solvers searching for EVM tooling, bridge infrastructure, or meme-native L1s can discover it.

What makes it distinct?

Most EVM chains compete on generic metrics. Seven Chain's distinguishing features:

1. Micro-relay-fee model — instead of gas auctions, a permissionless relay layer settles bridge intents for a fixed 0.0004 BNB per intent. Anyone can run a solver and earn fees automatically — no staking, no approval.
2. SEVEN token utility — validators earn 0.0003 SEVEN per block, multiplied up to 3× by staking. VIP users pay zero relay fee; only a tiny SEVEN amount flows to the block validator. The token has built-in demand from the fee structure itself.
3. Non-upgradeable bridge — the V3 bridge contract has no admin key, no proxy, no pause function. The bytecode is final.
4. Meme-native — the launchpad is first-class infrastructure, not a third-party dApp. Tokens from pump.fun and four.meme can migrate directly.
