Few proposed changes:
- use
actions/create-github-app-tokeninstead ofgetsentry/action-github-app-token: official app provided by github, with more features like supporting client-id and limit access scope. (we can deprecate our own fork tbh but different topic) - update git to use GitHub app information
- new fast revert bot created for sentry repo

BUMP_SENTRY_TOKEN is a getsentry-bot legacy PAT and it'd be preferable to switch to our internal github apps and mint tokens as needed
also choosing to use
sentry-release-botinstead ofgetsantry(SENTRY_INTERNAL_APP_ID) for the x-repository stuff since it already has bypass actor in (get)sentry with contents:writei will be monitoring very closely
