The enableMetrics option was removed in v11. Metrics are captured whenever Sentry.metrics.* is called, and beforeSendMetric is the top-level option now. Metrics also left the base CDN bundle and ship only in the *.logs.metrics bundles, so document that and drop the enableMetrics references. Refs SDK-1477
