docs(issue-details): Update 'All Events' to 'View More Events'

The docs still said "All Events" while the UI had already shipped the rename. Free plan users were confused about why the button wasn't appearing — there was no indication in the docs that it's a paid feature.

Two updates to the Issue Details docs page:

1. Label rename — "All Events" → View More Events in the Event Search and Event Navigation sections, matching the current Sentry UI.
2. Plan gating note — Added a callout that View More Events is Team plan and above only (discover-basic feature flag). Free plan orgs won't see the button.

Also fixes #18668, which used <Note> — not a registered MDX component. This PR uses <Alert title="Note"> instead.
