Users need to allocate persistent DigitalOcean development machines and manage their lifecycle from BB.
What changed
Adds the optional DigitalOcean machine plugin, cloud-init bootstrap, durable allocation/cleanup, provider details, dev-box settings, scheduled power controls, and snapshot retention. Includes CLI/RPC, UI, skill/configuration documentation, catalog registration, and tests. Uses only the shared base machine APIs.
Split from #3231. Depends directly on #3274 (
bb/machine-provider-apis); the GitHub diff contains this integration only. Retarget to main after the base merges.How you verified
