Users need to adopt existing SSH-accessible computers through the shared machine provider lifecycle.
What changed
Adds the optional SSH machine plugin with target configuration, picker inputs, idempotent enrollment, and identity-checked uninstall. Uses the shared SSH executor in the base; it has no dependency on the Tailscale or other machine plugin PRs. Includes its catalog/registration and build-task wiring.
Split from #3231. Depends directly on #3274 (
bb/machine-provider-apis); the GitHub diff contains this integration only. Retarget to main after the base merges.How you verified
