The privacy namespace is a live passthrough to the MCP server's schema, so no code changes are needed here -- just documenting the new url-list/url-create/network-list/network-create commands and their guid/overwrite update behavior, since url-create and network-create have no preview/promote step and apply to all sessions immediately.
