- bump-version.yml: swap the expired EMNIFY_GITHUB_ACTIONS_TOKEN PAT for a GitHub App installation token (actions/create-github-app-token@v1 + the existing org secrets EMNIFY_GITHUB_ACTIONS_APP_ID/_APP_PEM), fixing the could not read Username for github.com checkout failure.
- Loop guard now keys on the [Automated] Version Bump commit message instead of the pusher name, since App pushes are attributed to the app and do re-trigger workflows.
