docs(epic): regenerate the epic-status projection at epic completion - #567

Records the terminal state of the build-ci-coverage-gate-fidelity epic: integration PR #566 merged to main as 8bd2355 with all five required checks green on the first run, and all nine issues auto-closed as COMPLETED at merge. Corrections to the prior projection, both raised by the epic audit: - Feature 457's row now discloses PR #543, a second merged pull request from the same head branch. It is a chore(memory) commit in the same class as #534, #539, and #541, not a second delivery PR; #542 remains the recorded delivery PR. - The "Last updated" marker previously predated data inside its own table. Adds the fan-in review results (two independent feature-review passes, both zero Blocking), the five known gaps merged with the epic (#561-#565), the partial discharge of leading indicator 2 caused by #563, and an explicit record that the checkpoint cannot satisfy require_complete because the per-feature launch bindings were never produced by the original run. docs(epic): regenerate the epic-status projection at epic completion
Documentation only. One file changes:
docs/features/epics/build-ci-coverage-gate-fidelity/epic-status.md.Summary
build-ci-coverage-gate-fidelityepic, whose integration PR Epic: make the C# build, CI, and coverage gates report the truth #566 merged tomainas8bd23551with all five required checks green on the first run and all nine issues auto-closed asCOMPLETED.Last updatedmarker predated data inside its own table. Why
epic-status.mdis a generated projection of the epic checkpoint, regenerated at each lifecycle boundary including final integration-PR completion. The prior revision was written before the integration PR existed, so its Integration PR table was empty and its Issues section described all nine issues as pending closure. Both are now resolved and the projection was stale. What Changed
COMPLETE; integration branch marked merged and retired;Last updatedsynchronized with contentworktree_removed;merge_confirmed_atvalues corrected to the authoritativeghmergedAttimestamps; PR #543 disclosed for feature 4573e61c67e, the five required check results, merge commit8bd23551, and merge timefeature-reviewpasses, both zero Blocking, plus theepic-reviewAC resultrequire_completecannot pass and whyVerification
Completed — the facts recorded in this document were verified against
gitandghbefore it was written:gh pr view 566,gh pr checks 566,gh run view 31867645467, andgh issue viewfor each of the nine issues. The epic checkpoint passes plainvalidate_orchestration_artifactsvalidation.Recommended — none. This change adds no executable code and no test. CI runs on it because its base is
main.Backward Compatibility / Migration Notes
None.
epic-status.mdis a generated projection consumed by humans; nothing reads it programmatically.epic.md, the human-authored manifest, is untouched.Risks and Mitigations
git/ghremain authoritative over both per the cache doctrine. Every figure here was read fromghrather than copied from the checkpoint.Rollback: revert the commit. No behavior depends on this file.
Review Guide
Single file, single commit. The two sections worth attention are Known Gaps Merged With This Epic, which states that the coverage-threshold contradiction the epic set out to remove still exists, and Checkpoint Completion Status, which records the unsatisfiable
require_completegate rather than working around it.Follow-ups
