Claude can emit only thinking-token updates for a minute or more. Druks discarded those updates, so a working agent appeared idle.
Show one live “Thinking…” line with the latest estimated token count. Clear it when visible output arrives or the call ends. Progress updates do not add rows to completed transcripts.
Validation: frontend lint and build passed. Checked the real component in a local browser preview at wide and narrow widths, including progress updates, visible output, and completion. No tests added or run locally.
Fixes DRU-498.
