Add an Anthropic carve-out for metadata.tools and metadata.tool_choice so the spec matches the provider-native shapes preserved by existing SDKs and UI normalization.

Right now for
metadata.toolsandmetadata.tool_choicewe enforce openai format directly, unlike what we do for input/output. This relaxes that requirement to add anthropic format.Found this after working on braintrustdata/braintrust-sdk-go#249
We have UI normalization for anthropic, so we can do this.
