The Voice section says a writing sample overrides the patterns including §6, but after the 3.0.0 renumbering dashes are pattern 8. This points the sample override at §8, the rule it describes. Docs only: no pattern, behavior, or version change.

The Voice section says a writing sample overrides the patterns "including §6", but 3.0.0 moved dashes to pattern 8. Pattern 8 is the rule that carries the sample-rate exception, so the reference should point at the rule it describes.
