Once we get Loops in here, the subtasks won't know they're in a loop. Also, start on the Loop class.
Also add algorithm parameters, since we need them for aggregate mean functions. Change: now all algorithm parameters must be lists, and output data is converted to atLeast1D
I don't even remember what all was happening with this when I worked on it last, so I'm just checking it in and seeing what happens. Whee!
