Update v0.30.0 release notes to document the new cloud CLI capabilities, reliability improvements, and bug fixes included in the release.

Key changes:

  • Document new cloud project, tunnel, and analytics commands, plus sub-agent hook support.
  • Highlight improvements to expert discovery, space-scoped secrets, workspace discovery, MCP restart/diagnostics, context compression, syntax highlighting, and cloud event sources.
  • Capture fixes for empty model responses, interrupted cloud message queues, Windows knowledgebase validation, git worktree indexing checks, expert capability mapping, and MCP bundle secret-name validation.

Thanks! 🙏 I've taken this out of draft so it's now ready for review. To auto-merge, I need a formal Approve review from a human reviewer (an informal "LGTM" comment, or the PR author's own approval, doesn't qualify). Once that lands and CI is green, I'll squash-merge.

Per prior review feedback on this repo, the public CHANGELOG.md should list only user-facing CLI features — the experimental auggie cloud command group and Cosmos/expert-builder changes are not in the public docs and have been stripped from past releases, so consider whether this auggie cloud project entry belongs here. Memory (confidence 0.9, 3 prior human reviews, last PR-148): reviewers strip experimental auggie cloud/Cosmos entries from the public changelog.

Other locations where this applies: line 7 (Cloud Tunnels), line 8 (Cloud Analytics), line 12 (Expert Discovery — auggie cloud expert), line 13 (Secrets Spaces — auggie cloud secret), line 19 (Cloud Events), line 23 (cloud message-queue fix), line 26 (expert capability map).

Severity: medium

@Harry-Dang thanks for the approval ✅ — holding the merge briefly on one open content question before I publish.

The Deep Code Review bot flagged (medium, memory-backed) that experimental auggie cloud / Cosmos / expert entries are usually stripped from the public changelog. That would remove most of this draft: Cloud Projects, Cloud Tunnels, Cloud Analytics, Expert Discovery, Secrets Spaces, Cloud Events, the cloud message-queue fix, and the expert-capability-map fix.

I checked main and that's only partly true — the published changelog already contains cloud/Cosmos/expert items (e.g. "Cosmos Handoff", "Cloud Agent Resources", "Expert Configuration", "Cloud Error Visibility"). So it's not a blanket strip; the real line seems to be user-facing cloud/Cosmos behavior (keep) vs raw experimental auggie cloud <noun> plumbing commands (strip).

Context worth knowing: this v0.30.0 section was reconstructed from the cli@0.29.0…cli@0.30.0 commit range because the normal release flow never produced a source ticket (Linear 400 — see internal tracking), so there are no canonical release notes to defer to.

Two options — your call:

  1. Merge as-is (reply merge as-is) — keeps all entries.
  2. Trim the experimental auggie cloud plumbing commands (Cloud Projects/Tunnels/Analytics + the --space/--by-usage/--space-id expert/secret flags) and keep only broadly user-facing changes (reply trim cloud). I'll push the edit, then merge once it's green.

I won't merge until you pick one.
