Date Lable duplicates in Every Year of April(Day-Light Saving) when Timezone is "Africa/Cairo"

Steps to Reproduce

Set the displayTimeZone property value to 'Africa/Cairo'
Navigate to April month of any year.

Actual Results

Duplicate date label is displayed for Last Friday of April month of any year.

Expected Results

Can't Duplicate date label for Last Friday of April month of any year.
