SuperDataGrid now uses up/down buttons in the Columns menu for column reordering, replacing drag-and-drop. Added "Reset columns" to restore original order and clear preferences. Updated AllowColumnReorder parameter and docs. Internal column order tracked for accurate resets. New BUnit tests cover reordering, reset, and locked columns. Added localization for new actions (EN/FR). Improved Columns menu UI and accessibility. Incremented .csproj version numbers.
