Cherry-picked/backported f1b4508 to dev/1.3. Verification: mvn spotless:apply -pl iotdb-core/datanode,integration-test -P with-integration-tests passed. mvn -o -Ddevelocity.off=true test -pl iotdb-core/datanode -Dtest=PipeTabletInsertionEventTest reached compile but failed before tests due unrelated existing datanode compile errors (PipeSourceConstant inclusion keys, IOUtils.readFully, thrift location type mismatches); no touched-file API error remained.
